碳化硼为坚硬黑色有金属光泽晶体,俗称黑钻石。系由硼酸和碳素材料在电炉中高温冶炼,粉碎加工而成的一种粉末状产品。具有耐高温、耐酸碱腐蚀、强度大,化学稳定性好、比重轻等特点,属高新技术新材料领域,广泛适用于机械、石油、化工、造船、冶金、汽车、航空航天、军工、原子能等工业领域。碳化硼喷砂嘴,密封环,拉丝模,铸模,滑板块,计量测头,轴承,防弹衣,装甲板,中子吸收块等,在喷射、密封、拉延、铸造、防护、防腐、测量等技术领域得到广泛应用,并大大促进了上述行业和技术领域的发展。目前,世界上工业发达国家正用碳化硼,替代硬质合金和氧化铝等材料作为抗磨材料,我公司可根据用户图纸要求,加工,生产各种形状及规格的碳化硼工程陶瓷产品。

Boron carbide is a hard, black crystal with metallic luster, which is also known as black diamond. It is a kind of powder that is obtained after smelting between boric acid and carbon in the electric furnace with high temperature and then crushing. It can resist high temperature, acid and alkali corrosion. Furthermore, it has high intensity, stable chemical performance and small proportion. It belongs to the high-tech industry and is widely applicable to machinery, petroleum, chemical engineering, shipbuilding, metallurgy, automobile, aerospace, military project, atomic energy and other industrial fields. Boron carbide has blast nozzle, sealing ring, drawing die, mould, sliding plate, measuring head, bearing, body armor, armor plate and neutron absorption block. It is widely used in jet, sealing, drawing, casting, protection, corrosion resistance, measuring and other technical fields, and greatly promotes the development of above industrial areas. Nowadays, the developed countries in the world are using boron carbide as abrasive material to replace hard alloy and alumina. 1、碳化硼——高级耐火材料必不可少

由于碳化硼具有抗氧化、耐高温的特性,被用作高级的定形和不定形耐火材料广泛用在冶金各个领域,作为抗氧化剂、填充剂被广泛使用于镁碳砖、铁钩浇注料等主材中,在钢铁工业中用于耐高温、耐冲刷的关键部位。如钢包、出铁口(水口)、滑板、塞棒、钢铁炉具、窑具等。

碳化硼在含碳耐火材料中起抗氧化作用,可以使产品致密化阻止含碳耐火材料中碳的氧化,同时在1000℃~1250℃发生反应,生成(9AL2O3•2B2O3)柱状晶体分布在耐火材料的基质和间隙里,从而降低气孔率,提高中温强度,且生成晶体体积膨胀,可愈合体积收缩,减少裂纹。

Due to oxidation resistance and high temperature resistance, boron carbide is widely used in metallurgy as a kind of high-quality shaped and monolithic refractory material. As an antioxidant and filler, it is widely used in principal materials such as magnesia carbon brick and castable of iron trough, and is utilized as a key part of high temperature resistance and erosion resistance in the steel industry, including ladle, nozzle, sliding plate, stopper, furnace and kiln.

As for carbon-based refractories, boron carbide is an important antioxidant and can prevent oxidation of carbon. At the same time, with the temperature between 1,000 degrees Celsius and1,250 degrees Celsius, chemical reaction happens and then 9AL2O3•2B2O3 is generated, which scatters in the matrix and gap of refractories. As a result,the porosity is decreased, the intensity of medium temperature is improved, the volume of generated crystal is expanded, the volume of coalescence is shrunk and the crack is reduced.

公司拥有的碳化硼电弧冶炼炉(功率4000KVA)4台,实现单炉生产成品4吨,一级成品率70%以上。柔性制粒加工线2条,精微粉生产线1条。通过多年研发形成了稳定的专业技术团队和生产工艺,采用自主研发的生产设备,可生产符合国内及行业标准的产品。公司年产碳化硼粒度砂2000吨,其中碳化硼耐火材料粉末800吨,碳化硼精微粉800吨,核工业微粉100吨,工程陶瓷用粉300吨。

The company owns 4 arc furnaces to produce boron carbide (power 4,000KVA), which can produce 4 tons products in a furnace, with the rate of first finished products reaching more than 70%. There are 2 flexible granulating production lines and 1 fine powder production line. Through many years of R&D, we have formed a stable technical team and production process. With independently developed production equipment, we can produce products in line with domestic and industrial standards. The annual output of granularity sand of boron carbide is 2,000 tons, including 800 tons of refractory powder, 800 tons of fine powder, 100 tons of nuclear industry fine powder and 300 tons of engineering ceramic powder.
